| All merchandise sold from Y & F Enterprises Ltd. is ordered well in advance. Occasionally, we may experience a greater demand for an item, resulting in backordered or sold out items. Should an item be sold out, you will be immediately notified by email, and your credit card will be refunded. The item(s) ordered will be placed on backorder for 30 days. During this time, we will attempt to locate additional inventory, however, if we are unsuccessful, the backorder will be cancelled in 45 days. Because all products are ordered in advance, we are unable to provide any special order service for sizes or items |

| We are not going to charge any sales tax for all orders shipped to USA and Canada. I WILL NOT be responsible for any duties and fees your customs officials might require you to pay. This is something not within our control |
| Shoe Size |
| In order to keep bringing you the best prices and keep your hassle to a minimum, we ask that all of our customers know their proper shoe size when ordering. Mass produced shoes are fairly standard in size and so if you wear a size 8 in one shoe, you'll probably wear a size 8 in nearly any other shoe. | Y & F website is updated daily as need with the latest information on sizes and styles. Occasionally, demand will exceed our inventory in a very short amount of time and a style will be backordered or out of stock. We apologize for the inconvenience, and we will notify you as soon as we become aware of the situation. You can wait for a backordered item to become available. We will ship them as soon as they are available, or if you don't want to wait, you can contact us to cancel the order. We will notify you of an out of stock item, and the order will be cancelled unless we can offer you an alternative size in the same style. |

| Once you've found that perfect pair of shoes, choose your size from the size help chart and the quantity that you need. If you are done shopping, go ahead and E-mail us (order@yandfholdings.com)all your selections. |
| How is my order processed? |
| Once we receive your order, it is carefully screened before it is approved and released to our warehouse. We look for a correct billing address and screen each and every order for possible fraud. If there is any question about your billing information, one of our representatives will contact the credit card issuer to verify the information you provided. If there is a problem, we'll notify you by email or telephone that we need additional or corrected information. Please be aware that we are unable to process some orders due to our fraud prevention standards. Once your order has been approved and you receive a confirmation in your email, the order goes to our warehouse where they reserve your shoes and ship them. Y & F accepts new orders until 10 am Pacific each weekday for shipping the same day. All orders placed after 10 am Pacific will be processed and shipped on the next business day. Finally, Worldwide Express Mail Service picks up the day's shipments after 4:30 pm Beijing time and tracking numbers will be emailed so that you can find out where your package is.
